To provide a safe and secure environment for all employees and students by preventing and addressing issues of sexual harassment

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure awareness among students and staff regarding sexual harassment.
  • Prevent incidents by promoting a culture of respect and safety.
  • Receive and address complaints in a confidential and sensitive manner.
  • Conduct a fair investigation and take corrective action as per rules.

Complaint Submission & Resolution Procedure:

  1. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the committee
  2. Acknowledgment of the complaint within 2 working days.
  3. Preliminary inquiry within 5–7 days.
  4. Formal hearing (if needed) and resolution within 15 working days.
  5. Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process.

Objective:

To prevent abuse, neglect, bullying, or exploitation of students and ensure a safe school environment.

  • Monitor student safety and behavior on school premises.
  • Conduct workshops on child rights and protection.
  • Raise awareness about safe and unsafe behavior among students.

  1. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the committee
  2. Committee will respond within 5 days.
  3. Counseling and further steps will be initiated as needed.

Objective:

To ensure the protection of children from sexual offences, create a child-safe environment, and take immediate action in case of abuse or related incidents, as per the POCSO Act, 2012.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Educate students and staff about child safety and POCSO provisions.
  • Ensure preventive measures are implemented on campus.
  • Receive and act promptly on complaints of sexual offences.
  • Liaise with legal authorities, if required, and assist in investigations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of the cases.
  • Report incidents to authorities as mandated under the law.

Complaint Submission & Resolution Procedure:

  1. Complaints must be made in writing to the Principal
  2. Complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days
  3. The school informs local police or Child Welfare Committee as per law if needed.
  4. The child receives counseling, protection, and medical/legal support if needed.
  5. The school maintains confidential internal records and reports incidents to CBSE when required.

 

Faculty Concern Committee

Objective:

To address and resolve faculty-related concerns or grievances in a systematic and transparent manner, ensuring a positive and professional working environment within the school.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive concerns from faculty related to academics, administration, or workplace environment.
  • Ensure confidential, respectful, and unbiased handling of issues.
  • Guide faculty on proper redressal procedures and follow-up.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to higher authorities as per the defined protocol.

Complaint Submission & Resolution Procedure:

  1. Faculty member submits complaint in writing to the respective Academic Coordinator.
  2. If unresolved within 5 working days, the faculty may escalate the issue to the School Principal.
  3. If still unresolved within 7 working days, the concern may be submitted to the HR Head via email or written form.
  4. If no action is taken within 5 working days by HR, a reminder email should be sent to the HR Head.
  5. If all the above fail to provide resolution, the faculty member may formally request a meeting with School Management to present their concern.

Note:

In case any committee member leaves the organization, the concerned person who wishes to submit a complaint may directly meet the School Head and submit a written complaint for necessary action.
